Congratulations to John Holland Group on achieving CLOCS-A Bronze Accreditation for the Beveridge Intermodal Stage 1A Project in Victoria, becoming the first construction project in Australia to attain this important recognition.
This achievement demonstrates John Holland’s commitment to improving construction logistics safety, protecting vulnerable road users, and implementing industry-leading practices in the management of heavy vehicle movements associated with construction activity.
As the inaugural Australian project to achieve CLOCS-A Bronze Accreditation, Beveridge Intermodal Stage 1A has established a benchmark for the industry and demonstrated strong leadership in promoting safer outcomes for workers, road users, local communities and supply chain partners.
Importantly, this milestone has been achieved on the Beveridge Intermodal Precinct, a nationally significant freight infrastructure project being delivered by National Intermodal. The precinct will play a key role in strengthening Australia’s supply chain, improving freight connectivity, and supporting Australian businesses, exporters and communities into the future.
The achievement of CLOCS-A Bronze Accreditation demonstrates that safety excellence can be embedded from the earliest stages of major nation-building infrastructure projects.
We were particularly honoured to have Nick Miller, Chief Executive Officer of John Holland Group, accept the accreditation on behalf of the project team. His attendance highlighted John Holland’s commitment to safety leadership and raising standards across the construction, logistics and transport sectors.
We congratulate National Intermodal, John Holland Group, the Beveridge Intermodal Stage 1A Project Team, and all project partners on this significant achievement.
Please join us in celebrating this important milestone for both construction safety and Australia’s freight future.
