CLOCS Safety Forum – Planning for how to respond to an incident– a lawyer’s perspective

In our next CLOCS Safety Forum we will be joined by James Muller from Weightmans LLP who will talk through what plans businesses can put in place now to deal with the legal fallout from a potential transport incident in the future – whether that be on a construction site or on the highway, and whether that involves your own employees/vehicles or a contractor’s.

The session will look at immediate crisis management, the roles and powers of the police and HSE, internal investigations, and potential enforcement action.

There will also be an opportunity to ask queries or raise your own concerns about this topic.
