Draw bar cover in bright colour – to be fitted where usual operation of vehicle involves non liquid materials being poured over the draw bar.
Conspicuity markings on drawbar: Fitment of conspicuity markings must follow guidance outlined in the Australian Trucking Association Technical Procedures (TAP) as follows:
- Technical Advisory Procedure – Draw Bar Trailers (note however where 70% of “ length of draw” bar is referenced to have reflective tape – it should be at least 70% of the draw bar length that is left over from the trailing edge of the draw bar cover ).
