Webinar: The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS)

This resource was sourced from NRSPP: Webinar: The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS)

This webinar will give an overview of the international award winning Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS). FORS is a commercial vehicle accreditation scheme open to trucks, vans and coaches and consists of over 135,000 vehicles covering 16 countries across Europe and the Middle East. The scheme standards are set above the legal minimum with additional requirements set for Drivers, Management, Operation and Vehicles. FORS is now mandated as part of many procurement processes as organisations seek to only employ the safest and most efficient operators in their supply chain. Initially developed by Transport for London (TfL), the scheme is progressive and allows industry to compete on quality and not just cost. www.fors-online.org.uk
