A crucial component of CLOCS-A is measuring behavioural change amongst all of the stakeholders involved with the program. The CLOCS-A Communications Evaluation Framework could be completed via a number of ways: online survey for Industry and community which can also have a link to/from the CLOCS-A Complaints line; via self-addressed postcards that a targeted community can fill out and post back to CLOCS-A Host, CILTA or local Councils.
