The local government membership is divided into four groups based on population size. See table below:

How to apply

1. Click on the sign-up button for your desired membership level.
2. Fill out the membership form.
3. After submitting the form, you will be directed to the membership checkout page for payment. If not redirected, check your inbox for an email with instructions.
4. Choose from our different payment options and proceed with the payment.
5. Your membership will be confirmed once the payment is processed.
